it's walking distance from the EP; 20 minutes on foot.
there was free wi-fi but it was no use to me as the connection was terrible, wasn't even able to check my email. also, problems with the bill (computer system!).

The hotel had friendly and helpful staff who were multilingual. The hotel offered a convenient location, near a bus stop which takes only 5-10 minutes to the city center. The parking was affordable at only €6,- for the night, which is quite reasonable.
The hotel's interior is quite outdated and could use some renovation. The rooms aren't perfectly clean and the air-conditioning is noisy at night, making it difficult to sleep. Breakfast was basic.

1) Very helpful and friendly staff. 2) Reasonable comfort for the price. I do not stay in very expensive hotels because I'm in the room only to sleep. 70% of the time I'm outside the hotel looking around in the city. I believe this hotel fits the requirement of many average travellers. 3) Availability of public transport. Bus-stop "Barr" is just a stone's throw away. Bus no 4 passes quiet frequently, but not after 22:00.

We had a great stay at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the cleanliness of our room was exceptional. The hotel facilities were also impressive, especially the separate parking which made our stay much easier. Additionally, the location of the hotel on the outskirts of Strasbourg was perfect for us as it was not too far from the city center, yet still provided a quiet environment to relax in.
Nothing at all.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the fact that the hotel was in a central location and close to public transportation, which made it easy to explore the city. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the room was spacious and clean. I particularly enjoyed the festive decorations in the lobby which gave the hotel a magical touch.
The overall experience was marred by a few negative aspects. the air conditioning unit in the room was malfunctioning and made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
